Consumer’s Best Mushroom Kit
According to the National Gardening Association, Shiitake Mushrooms have thick, meaty-texture and are considered the “king of mushrooms.” These three- to four-inch-diameter brown mushrooms with white flecks are highly esteemed both fresh and dried for cooking and for their medicinal properties. Researchers have found that they reduce blood pressure, lower cholesterol levels, stimulate the immune system, and have anti-tumor properties; they are also being used in AIDS research.
Kits fruit easily indoors over a wide temperature range (55ºF to 75ºF), producing two to three pounds of fruits total over two to three months at two-week intervals. They store for up to 14 days. If you really get into shiitake mushrooms you can inoculate logs and grow them in a basement. Although more involved, this method offers a more continuous supply of these tasty treats.

I bought the Bradley Propane Smoker because is was highly portable and I am able to take it camping with the Scouts.
In short I love it!!!!
It works better than I could have ever hoped.
Their customer service is top shelf as well. The smoker came with a little damage from the local UPS grunt so I call their customer service.
They sent me a whole new smoker within a week.
Awsome!!!
I have cooked several meals with the smoker using the 5 flavor bisquettes.
They are too good.

As others, I am fairly new to smokers, smoking meats and the Bradley Smoker. I can say that so far these “bisquettes” have worked perfectly to date. The “bisquettes”, along with the Bradley Smoker, make smoking an excellent addition to the kitchen, and the meats, ribs, and fish turned out to be very appetizing, and we can’t get enough of it. I know I’ll keep buying them…
